In your role as Senior Data Engineer, you will make an indispensable contribution to the development of our modern data analysis platform. You will design and manage data pipelines and data lakes, ensuring that data is correct, fast and usable for analysis. Your work lays the foundation for data-driven decision-making within EDSN and the energy sector.
You will work in the value stream Data & Analytics on data products such as visualizations of energy consumption, allocation and congestion. These products support market processes of grid operators, customized requests from market parties and public portals. You always work within the frameworks of the AVG, focusing on value, compliance and efficiency.
Design and implementation of data models and ETL logic
Realizing scalable and robust data pipelines
Working on high-impact complex data analytics
Building a standardized and digitized data ecosystem
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams within Data & Analytics
Working with modern tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Python and Microsoft Dynamics
Contribute to the energy transition with your technical expertise
Completed college or university education in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
Experience with SQL, relational databases, ETL processes and data modeling
Knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes and cloud-based BI solutions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
