Would you like to contribute to improving customer service for business customers? We are urgently looking for an Epic Owner for approximately 8 hours per week to harmonize the enforcement policy regarding Contracted Capacity (GTV) from the customer's perspective.

About our partnership
Within our partnership, the joint network operators are working to harmonize various customer policy issues and legislation and regulations for the benefit of customer processes. We do this in the Customer & Market Domain, based on the 'Customer First' strategy.  

Your role as Epic Owner
As Epic Owner, you are responsible for achieving the objectives of the epic "Harmonizing GTV enforcement policy." In addition to harmonizing enforcement policy, this also includes developing a customer journey outline and harmonized core messages. It is important that the policy and customer journey are understandable to customers. To achieve the objectives, you will lead a multidisciplinary team with representatives from the network operators, translate the process knowledge, opinions, and customer needs you have gathered into a harmonized customer policy, and represent the network operators in consultations with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities in a row:
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team with representatives from the (regional) network operators
  • Representing the joint network operators in consultations with external stakeholders.
  • Negotiating content and organization in a complex internal and external stakeholder field.
  • Translate process knowledge, viewpoints, and customer needs gathered into a harmonized customer policy and ensuring a harmonized customer journey in terms of main points and key messages.
  • Monitoring relationships with other relevant projects.

Who are you?
A solid, experienced professional with strategic insight and an affinity for customer processes. In addition, you have:
  • A completed higher professional education program.
  • Demonstrable experience as Epic Owner or similar role.
  • Substantive knowledge of network operators' contract processes.
  • Customer-focused thinking, solution-oriented thinking, and results-oriented approach.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferably, you are employed by one of the regional network operators.
