In the role of Epic Owner, you will play a key role in the realization of strategic propositions within the theme of Better Utilization of the Small Consumption Grid (BBN KV). This new strategic theme focuses on innovative flex solutions at the small consumption level, enabling us to use the electricity grid more intelligently and efficiently.
About our partnership and your assignment
Within the strategic theme Better Utilization Grid Small Consumption , the joint grid operators are working together to optimize the use of the electricity grid and keep the energy transition manageable.
The theme is in the start-up phase and focuses on developing and implementing smart solutions that contribute to a better utilized grid. These include flex measures, standardization and cooperation with parties such as EDSN.
Your assignment as Senior Epic Owner Better Utilization Small Consumption Rates Customer Service
As Epic Owner, you are responsible for the realization and implementation of Epics within the BBN KV theme. You will work closely with product managers, theme teams and stakeholders both inside and outside the network operators.
An important part of the assignment focuses on Epic Customer Service. This Epic determines how network operators can serve customers and market parties in a clear, secure, and future-proof manner in relation to the introduction of time-dependent network tariffs and the associated provision of information and customer channels.
Your responsibilities in a row:
- Translate strategic propositions into Epics and Enablers.
- Coordinate realization and implementation, both centrally (e.g. EDSN) and decentrally (at network operators).
- Collaborate with product managers to develop Epics into concrete features.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Contribute to the development of innovative flex solutions.
Who are you?
A strong and engaging senior professional who is available at short notice and is passionate about contributing to the BBN KV strategy.
You possess:
- A completed college or university education
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as an Epic Owner or similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience with agile working and change management.
- Strategic insight and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- A solution-oriented mindset and you are able to translate vision into execution.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused thinking—can translate customer service issues into workable solutions for the chain.
