data-driven market processes, software development and chain collaboration within the energy sector. You will interface between business, Product Management and DevOps teams, and secure joint progress in ART.

Work full of energy

Goal: You will build high performing teams by continuously improving methods, team dynamics and performance. In the senior role, you operate in a larger ART, work closely with the RTE and act as a mentor/coach for fellow Scrum Masters. You will help focus expectations and make Agile awareness broader in the organization. 

This is what you will do

• Facilitate & coach: you lead and coach the team on Agile principles and practices; you facilitate events (including stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, PI events) and encourage ownership on goals and results. 
• Remove Impediments: you identify and resolve impediments, encourage change initiatives and create an environment in which teams can deliver with focus. 
• Stakeholder management: you are the link between client, business, Agile teams and executive management, helping to communicate expectations clearly. You build Agile awareness in the broader organization/collaborations. 
• ART-wide alignment: you coordinate with other Scrum Masters on dependencies and ways of working; as a Senior, you mentor colleagues to secure best practices. 
• RTE/HR support: you will support the RTE in HR tasks around staff and team development and assist in the formation/development of (new) teams.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing

You work closely with Product Owner, RTE, Developers, Architecture and Security/Privacy and actively share knowledge within the ART and the Scrum Master guild. You invite experimentation, learning and continuous improvement - cross-team where necessary.

This further takes you

• HBO+ working and thinking level;
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master(Senior);
• In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum and lean;
• Knowledge of SAFe (preferred) and Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification;
• Experience in IT/DevOps environments;
• Strong in stakeholder management and mentoring.
