With your expertise in IT contract management, you’ll ensure effective contract management processes and professional oversight of several major suppliers. In doing so, you’ll contribute to sustainable market facilitation. We have big ambitions, which is why we’re looking for you!
Work with energy
Due to EDSN’s rapid growth, it’s important that its processes keep pace—including the contract management processes. We’re now working out the details: what needs to be done, how roles are assigned, who is responsible for what, etc. We’re basing these processes on the CATSCM methodology. The assignment therefore involves a lot of process development. In addition, several key contracts will need to be managed using the new processes to be established. By the time you’re done, contract management will be running like a well-oiled machine!

The assignment therefore involves a lot of process development. In addition, several key contracts will need to be managed using the new processes to be established. By the time you’re done, contract management will be running like a well-oiled machine!
This is what you will do
- Develop and document best-in-class contract management processes based on the CATSCM methodology. You will apply these processes directly to several major contracts.
- Create an up-to-date overview of all management information for a major and complex contract based on the CATSCM model.
- Working with the supplier and internal stakeholders to restructure the aforementioned contract to make it more manageable.
- Develop a standard report tracking progress on SLA agreements with the aforementioned IT service provider, including a monthly update on cost progress along with an analysis and recommendations.

- You are a true senior Contract Manager, both in terms of your theoretical and practical knowledge of contract management and your ability to effectively engage stakeholders in the necessary steps.
- You have extensive experience (> 10 years) in managing large contracts
- Experience with large IT contracts
- The ability to document processes in a concise and clear manner.
- Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of CATSCM
