With your knowledge of procurement and tendering processes, you’ll help professionalize our processes. In doing so, you’ll contribute to sustainable market facilitation. Work with energy
Due to EDSN’s rapid growth, it’s important that its processes keep pace—including the tendering processes. We are currently working on defining the procurement processes: how roles are assigned, who is responsible for what, what constitutes a proportionate and efficient fulfillment of procurement obligations, what is needed to effectively identify business needs and translate them into a Statement of Requirements (SOR), etc. A key part of this is ensuring that we implement these processes effectively in practice.

Work with energy
Due to EDSN’s rapid growth, it’s important that its processes keep pace—including the tendering processes. We are currently working on defining the procurement processes: how roles are assigned, who is responsible for what, what constitutes a proportionate and efficient fulfillment of procurement obligations, what is needed to effectively identify business needs and translate them into a Statement of Requirements (SOR), etc. A key part of this is ensuring that we implement these processes effectively in practice.
This is what you will do
- Develop and document best-in-class procurement processes. It is important that these processes align with the EDSN organization and are not merely a theoretical concept. You will work on this together with the procurement staff who will eventually be using them, and you will be supported by a legal counsel.
- You will support the procurement and business teams in efficiently and effectively carrying out two ongoing tenders.
- The focus is on knowledge transfer, with an emphasis on the skills needed to manage procurement processes.

- You enjoy coaching buyers and helping them become more effective
- You get a boost of energy from building things up and making them more professional
- You enjoy sharing what you've learned about what works and what doesn't

- You are a true senior procurement consultant, both in terms of your knowledge of the bidding process and your ability to effectively guide stakeholders through the necessary steps.
- You have extensive experience (> 10 years) with tenders, including both European tenders and multiple negotiated tenders
- Coaching Skills
- The ability to document processes in a concise and clear manner.
