We are seeking a results-oriented project assignment for the municipality of Aa en Hunze in the field of recreation and tourism.

The purpose of the assignment is to independently carry out a number of ongoing projects and tasks for the Housing Department of the municipality of Aa en Hunze. Collaboration with colleagues from the municipality and external organizations is a requirement for the specified tasks. 

The scope of the assignment includes, among other things:
- preparing the 2026 performance agreements, fulfilling the 2025 agreements, and planning an informational evening for the municipal council;
- providing the Housing Department’s input to the multi-stakeholder roundtable;
- Lead for two components of the housing and care vision: inclusion and accessibility, and appropriate housing;
- Carrying out preparatory work for the adoption of the urgency and housing ordinance;
- Drafting and coordinating a procedure that describes how the municipality intends to implement the Realization Incentive. 
- Participating as a housing advisor in the Housing Division Working Group.


The desired end result is:

- Draft 2026 performance agreements completed, an information evening held, and the work related to the performance agreements transferred;
- Agreements made and documented as the lead on the residential care vision;
- Housing and urgency regulations prepared and ready for council approval;
- A coordinated approach for the allocation and use of the implementation incentive.
