As secretary of the housing development program and the area development project group, you’ll serve as the right-hand person and sounding board for the program manager/project leader. You’ll provide support for day-to-day operations and actively contribute ideas regarding the program’s approach and progress.
You maintain an overview, identify what is needed, and ensure that actions and agreements are followed up on. You provide support in:
- organizing and managing the program or project;
- monitoring progress, scheduling, and coherence;
- preparing consultations, meetings, and decision-making processes;
- identifying bottlenecks and advising on possible adjustments;
- connecting various stakeholders, topics, and interests;
- drafting administrative documents, such as executive board proposals and council letters;
- drafting newsletters;
- shaping the content of meetings and communications;
- organizing participatory meetings;
- implementing MS Project.
In addition, you will support colleagues on the Housing subteam with their regular tasks, such as performance agreements with housing authorities.
You’re not just someone who provides support, but above all someone who thinks ahead, sees connections, and takes the initiative. You have a good sense of what’s needed and know when to act independently and when coordination is necessary.
We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and independent secretary to temporarily fill an important role within the Housing program, the Housing subteam, and a project group focused on area development.
You are someone who quickly gets the big picture, adapts easily, and stays connected in a dynamic environment where many things are happening at once. You will be working with multiple clients, which requires flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
