Role description and task arrangements

Social Services Administration Assistant
18 hours per week | Exloo (hybrid, subject to agreement)

Are you a meticulous and versatile administrative professional who thrives on complexity and variety? And do you ensure that financial and administrative processes run smoothly and accurately?


What will you be doing?
Your duties will be varied and require precision, an overview of the big picture, and strong communication skills.


Your responsibilities will include:
Social Services Administration

  • reviewing and processing correspondence and invoices related to Youth Services and the Social Support Act (WMO);
  • Processing individual invoices within the WMO, Youth, and Social Support programs;
  • processing payments such as TCG (allowance for the chronically ill and disabled) and SMI (social-medical indication for child care);
  • processing expense reports and invoices related to return-to-work programs;
  • importing payment files;
  • managing the mailbox and Employee Portal and answering questions about payments;
  • maintaining contact with vendors, ASD, support, and colleagues.

  • You have experience with administrative or financial-administrative tasks;
  • Experience within a municipal organization is not required but is preferred;
  • You work with precision, independently, and take responsibility;
  • You are digitally savvy and pick up new systems quickly;
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with residents and partners.
