What will you do?
As client manager participation you guide residents who fall under the Participation Law towards participation and - where possible - employment. You are their permanent contact and director of the program. You conduct intake interviews, make an action plan together with the municipality and deploy the right instruments to achieve the goals.
Your duties include:
- Conduct intake interviews and analyze the situation in all areas of life;
- Draw up and implement action plans;
- Deploy reintegration tools;
- Draw up orders and register progress;
- Collaborate with other domains and external partners;
- Assessing and supervising processes concerning wage subsidy, wage-value measurement and job coaching;
- Carrying out the Gatekeeper Act in case of illness;
- Identifying work limitations and supervising applications for work capacity;
- Organizing or giving training courses, workshops and information;
- Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
Who are you?
You are independent, analytical and results-oriented. You can switch well between different roles: from director and advisor to coach. You understand the complexity of situations in which our clients can find themselves and know how to deal with them in a professional and people-oriented way.
What else we ask of you:
- Hbo working and thinking level;
- Demonstrated experience with participation and reintegration within the social domain;
- Knowledge of the Participation Act and relevant regulations;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Understanding of the social map, reintegration facilities and labor market;
- A proactive and connecting attitude.
