The Team
If you become our new temporary colleague, you’ll be part of the Services team. This includes the Customer Contact Center, Civil Affairs, the Online Team, and Facilities. This team plays a vital role in our interactions with residents; together, they are the municipality’s calling card.
What will you be doing?
Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that our services are—and remain—pleasant and professional. The quality of our work is always our top priority. This is an ongoing process within an ever-changing and increasingly complex environment. As a team, we’re constantly evolving in this regard. We’re currently making plans for the future.
The tasks are very diverse—no two days are the same. As a KCC employee, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and businesses in the municipality of Coevorden. Thanks to you, our residents experience excellent service! You’ll monitor the turnaround time and quality of the products and services you provide. In addition, you provide customers with excellent service and make them feel welcome through various channels. This involves not only handling inquiries over the phone but also via platforms such as WhatsApp. You’ll strive to resolve as many inquiries as possible on your own; if you’re unable to do so, you can always consult a colleague.
