Interim Area Development Project Manager (ZZP / Secondment)

You lead multiple area development projects in which real estate, spatial quality and livability come together. You are the one who keeps the course, brings parties together and ensures that plans actually get off the ground.

What will you do?

- Leading the area development projects Ossenhaar, MFC Schoonoord and Sleen Manege.
- Translating municipal policy into executable plans and concrete results.
- Drawing up project plans, budgets and schedules.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders (residents, developers, administrators).
- Performing feasibility analyses at the financial, spatial and sustainability levels.
- Ensuring the delivery of area visions and transformation plans.
- Reporting on progress, risks and results to the client.

What do you bring?

- Demonstrated experience as an area development project manager, preferably within or for municipalities.
- Strong knowledge of real estate, spatial planning and area transformations.
- Experience with complex collaborative processes and administrative decision-making.
- Clear in communication and firm in direction.
- Results-oriented, analytical and connecting.
