At the Municipality of Coevorden, we are working to build a future-proof digital organization. Various initiatives—such as “Samen Digitaal,” “Case-Oriented Working,” “Process-Oriented Working,” and “Information Security” —require a single, clear approach to our work. That is why we are looking for a consultant who can help employees, teams, and management develop, implement, and ensure compliance with an organization-wide digital standard.

What will you do?

As a Digital Transformation & Adoption Consultant, you are responsible for developing a cohesive approach that enables employees to collaborate effectively, securely, and consistently within the digital workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an organization-wide approach: "The Coevorden Standard. "
  • Establishing work agreements and frameworks for collaboration within Microsoft 365.
  • Providing advice on document management, version control, communication, collaboration, and digital workflows.
  • Identifying the digital skills needed within the organization.
  • Developing a learning and adoption strategy for various target groups.
  • Creating a recognizable program line with appropriate communication and branding.
  • Translating policy into concrete expectations for employees, managers, and teams.
  • Linking change initiatives in the areas of digitization, process-based working, case-based working, and information security.
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops, sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Developing a sustainable quality assurance approach that integrates the new working methods into daily practice.
  • Advising project leaders, management, and executives on adoption and change management.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern digital workplaces.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.
