Assignment Description:
We are seeking the temporary filling of a hands on policy advisor/coordinator to get to work on part of the implementation of the residential care vision within both the municipality of Deventer, and representation in regional cooperation in the Stedendriehoek.

There are many developments in the field of housing and care. The need for support and care is growing due, among other things, to the aging population. There are also fewer people to provide support and care. Therefore, it is now even more important that people help each other. This requires coordination and cooperation within the domain of living, welfare and care, for different focus groups.

For this assignment you will work within the municipality of Deventer and support a colleague in the development of housing and care for the focus groups; (threatened) homeless people, outflowers intramural facility, through an implementation agenda housing and care. You are part of the core group for working out the fair share agreements for the regional urgency regulation.

You have experience of working in a municipality and have experience in the field of care and welfare for focus groups (including the elderly, people at risk of homelessness and those leaving intramural care).

The candidate is a policy advisor/coordinator. In addition to solid knowledge and experience in the field of care and welfare, the candidate has experience working within municipal government. The candidate knows how to draw up a realistic and feasible schedule for the execution of the assignment, to manage this adequately and to achieve results within the framework.
