Account Manager Technical Property Management
36 hours per week, both secondment and freelance positions available.
What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of our real estate portfolio. This will involve frequent consultation with the Technical Advisors (who market the properties) and the Asset Managers (who are responsible for the properties and make decisions about them). You will be at the heart of this process. You will be responsible for ensuring that the long-term maintenance plan (MJOP) is up to date and accurate, and for drawing up an annual plan that the Technical Advisors can use to plan ahead and that has been agreed with the Asset Managers. You will also be the point of contact for our external/internal customers for maintenance work (Borger-Odoorn municipality, Program Managers). This means, among other things, that you will:
- discusses maintenance to be carried out on 'their' real estate with external/internal customers;
- coordinates the workload with our Technical Advisors and reviews the progress of the maintenance to be carried out (as set out in the annual plan) with them;
- coordinate with our Technical Managers regarding the corrective maintenance to be performed;
- focuses on the work to be performed and the costs. Deviations are discussed and agreed upon with Asset Managers or other clients and
- ensures that the long-term maintenance plan (MJOP) is up to date. To this end, a new inspection is currently being carried out with a new design in accordance with NEN 2767. You are the point of contact for the external party that is currently carrying out these inspections.

- You have a relevant completed education at the college level;
- You have a technical educational background in, for example, architecture.
- You have extensive experience in real estate maintenance and management. Municipal experience is an advantage.
Which team will you be joining
As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Real Estate and Land Affairs (VGZ) team, specifically the Real Estate cluster. Together with other colleagues, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of municipal real estate, including welfare, cultural, and (sports) facilities. Emmen owns approximately 280 properties itself, and we also carry out maintenance for Borger-Odoorn (60 properties) and real estate that is included in developments/programs (various properties and limited maintenance).
