Temporary Administrative Assistant (32 hours per week) 

We are looking for a temporary administrative assistant for the Living Environment Permits (VLO) team to help us clear an administrative backlog. This is an accurate and meticulous job in a dynamic working environment where multiple digital systems are used.

What will you do?
As a temporary administrative assistant, you will support the VLO team in processing and organizing administrative tasks. Your duties will include:
  • Processing, checking, and updating data
  • Eliminating existing administrative backlogs
  • Working in and switching between different digital systems
  • Identifying connections and organizing information logically
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks

What do we ask of you?
  • Accurate and structured works
  • Quickly sees connections and can oversee information well
  • Digitally literate and easily switches between different systems
  • Able to work independently, but also collaborate well with colleagues
  • Available for 32 hours per week
Experience in an administrative position is an advantage, but your accuracy and digital skills are particularly important to us.
