Role description and task arrangements

Will you be our Administrative Assistant?

A fun part-time job of about 24 hours a week
Are you a natural organizer who thrives on keeping track of the big picture and ensuring that everything runs smoothly? We are looking for a project support specialist for the Social Services Department to help provide optimal support to the team.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be the key person in organizing and managing our activities. This includes:
  • Scheduling appointments (often with multiple organizations)
  • Taking minutes of core group or support team meetings and distributing the minutes
  • Maintain contact with regions and new covenant partners
  • Managing Teams: Documents and Access Rights
  • Maintaining contact information and agreement processes
  • Preparing and sending invitations to meetings
  • Preparing and writing newsletters

In addition, you will take on current tasks such as:
  • The workflow for returned covenants
  • Recruiting new covenant partners
  • Archiving Order Confirmations in MP
  • Unforeseen issues that require attention
