Intune and Windows 11 Consultant
The municipalities of Borger-Odoorn, Coevorden, and Emmen (BOCE), along with four partner organizations, aim to be modern organizations where employees can work comfortably and collaborate from anywhere. This requires a modern workplace equipped with modern IT resources, including applications in the M365 tenant, a Windows 11 laptop, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
With the "Samen Digitaal" program, the municipalities of Borger-Odoorn, Coevorden, and Emmen are taking a major step toward a smart way of working together for more than 3,300 employees. Modern resources, independence from time and location, ease of use, and security are paramount in this regard.
As an Intune and Windows 11 Administrator, you will help us with the transition to the modern workplace, as well as further optimizing that environment and its governance. We expect you to be able to work proactively and independently. As part of the Emmen municipality project team, you will be responsible for managing the Windows 11 workplace, configuration in Intune, and M365-related topics such as AppControl, etc. We work in an Agile manner within a Scrum team, using DevOps as the environment for the backlog and conducting biweekly sprints. Incidents are logged in Topdesk, and you are expected to handle and resolvethird- line incidents as well, and if necessary, convert them into controlled changes.

Who are we looking for?
- You have completed a bachelor's degree program
- You have previously participated in a project team that managed a modern workplace.
- You have been involved in multiple M365/Intune projects as a consultant.
- You have certifications in Azure, Intune, and M365.
- DevOps is your way of working!
- Extensive knowledge of Intune, M365 tooling, and standardization in this area
- Affinity with architecture tooling such as BlueDolphin is an advantage
- 20 hours per week of available time
- On Tuesday and possibly Wednesday at the Emmen location due to our collaboration day for the project
- Commitment through approximately the end of 2026, provided there is a mutual fit
