Role description and task arrangements

Here's what you'll do:
As a Real Estate and Land Lawyer, you will be the go-to person within the team for various legal issues. You will also draft agreements for various transactions and the more complex leases. You also have a role in various (potential) disputes. This includes:
- Drafting and reviewing private law contracts such as sales, establishment of rights in rem and leases;
- Advising on the purchase and sale of land and buildings and legal issues concerning the management of land and buildings;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as letters and notarized deeds and
- Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the team and other teams regarding land and real estate issues. .

The Team:
As a Real Estate and Land Lawyer, you are part of the Real Estate and Land Affairs (VGZ) team. Together with other colleagues, you will feel responsible for land acquisition, issuance and management of municipal real estate and land and the proper settlement of various transactions involved in this area.
