What will you do as a project manager with us?

As project manager, you are the driving force behind the successful execution of project-based initiatives that come to fruition and deserve a project-based approach.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish, from the first project meeting to the final delivery of the result to the operation.

You are the point of contact for the project team as well as partners and other stakeholders. You ensure that everyone is well informed and works together to achieve the desired result.

You begin by creating a project plan that defines all the steps, and required resources.

You will ensure that the project team knows what is expected of them and you will monitor project progress and provide MT with progress information.

You are constantly mindful of schedules, quality of work, and intervene when necessary to resolve any delays or problems quickly.

In addition to managing internal processes, you will liaise with customers, suppliers and other external parties to ensure that everything goes according to plan.

You ensure that communication runs smoothly and that everyone is always up to date with the latest developments. Together with fellow project managers, you work on continuous improvement of the project execution process. Work is currently underway to connect to the I&A portfolio process.

What exactly are you going to do?

• Coordinate and plan: You will create and monitor the schedule and ensure that everything is delivered on time and within the specified framework.
• Takes charge: You lead the project team, lead meetings, set clear goals and ensure proper work distribution.
• Communicating with stakeholders: You liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone stays well informed.
• Troubleshooting: You always know how to find a solution to unexpected obstacles and ensure that the project continues without unnecessary delays.
• Monitoring Quality: You will monitor the progress and quality of the work and ensure that the final result meets the specified requirements.

• You have organizational skills and can manage multiple things well at the same time without losing overview.
• You are communicative and know how to manage and inform both the team and external partners in a clear and efficient manner.

• You have an eye for detail and know not to lose sight of the big picture.
• You are regularly at locations in Emmen, Assen, Borger-Odoorn and Coevorden.
