Your team
As functional application manager you will be working at the Business Office Wijkteams Enschede (14 employees). Most of your colleagues are business management consultants with emphases on information provision, processes and quality. There is a lot of cohesion in the various assignments. The atmosphere is characterized by shared responsibility for achieving good results. Collegiality is the standard.

You are customer-oriented with an eye for residents, external and internal parties/employees. You identify areas for improvement and take initiative for change. You work well with colleagues and communicate clearly and effectively. From your role you think along how to optimally support the end users in their work, including giving information and instructions.

- Together with the end users, you set up the applications for the Social Domain and ensure their continuity;
- Perform first-line incident management, identify bottlenecks, risks and make improvement proposals;
- Implement new releases;
- Support the operations consultant in generating information and reports;
- support the processes from the applications.
