Interim Senior Policy Advisor/Supervisor
Due to a temporary additional deployment in the area of Youth and Education, we are looking for an experienced senior policy advisor on education to mentor our junior policy advisors in the area of equity and educational disadvantage policy. The goal is to bring their level of knowledge and work to a higher level. In order to successfully complete this project within the set project duration, it is important that you are physically present in the office at least three days a week.
You are a connector who puts the team's interests first and shows leadership. You know how to actively engage your team members and give them the freedom to do their jobs. You have strong coordinating and coaching skills that are of value to the colleagues within our team. You have a strategic approach and take responsibility. In addition, you are decisive and can think and act transversally. As a senior, you bring structure to the team and are well informed about the latest developments.
