- Demonstrated knowledge of and/or work experience with the Archives Act and selection lists/records lists
- Experience organizing and salvaging documents both physically and digitally using classification codes.
- Experience in creating physical and digital records.
- Experience lending and taking files through Corsa.
- Experience in providing information to internal customers.
- experience in setting files to destruction date or to be preserved using the selection and destruction list and dispose of to the semi-static archive.
