Role description and task arrangements

Are you the legal topper who wants to temporarily support our team in the legal field and make an impact at the intersection of policy, legislation and direct citizen service?
Are you available from July 2025 through January 2026? Then we are looking for you!


What will you do?
As legal policy officer at the Customer Contact Center (civil affairs) you are the legal sparring partner. In this temporary role, your focus is mainly on handling objection and appeal cases, complaints and providing legal support to colleagues in complex cases.
You will analyze legal issues, provide clear advice and draft reasoned decisions.

In addition, you provide input for policy development based on signals from practice and ensure that legal quality and consistency in our services remain guaranteed. You switch between content and process, work closely with colleagues inside and outside the KCC and ensure that we are legally sound.

What do you bring?
  • Bachelor's degree (legal, administrative or similar)
  • Experience with municipal law and relevant laws and regulations (such as BRP, PUN, Awb and Special Measures Metropolitan Issues Act)
  • You enjoy working together in a close-knit team, but can also make decisions independently
  • You are sharp in your analysis and clear in your communication
