Senior Data Analyst, Dashboards - Program for Appropriate Care
We are seeking a senior data analyst for the IT & Data & Analytics department at LUMC for an independent assignment within the “Together for Appropriate Care” program.
The project focuses on creating five population dashboards for the value-driven care teams for Heart Valves, Pancreas, Hematology, Neuroscience, and Eye. These dashboards will be developed using the existing WGZ population dashboard Power BI template and will provide insights into patient populations, baseline measurements, and cost savings.
You’ll start with an analysis phase in which you’ll gain insight into how processes are currently structured and where there is room for optimization. You’ll translate this analysis into functional and technical specifications, after which you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the dashboards.
This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, and technical skills. You will work with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling, and have experience developing management and/or population dashboards. You are familiar with agile methodologies and know how to effectively engage stakeholders in your analyses and solutions.
The work will be performed independently, as part of the data analyst team. To ensure effective collaboration and coordination, periodic on-site presence is preferred.
Through this assignment, you will make a tangible contribution to achieving the program’s objectives and meeting established deadlines.
