Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our cyber security services to our customers. You play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, monitoring customer agreements and optimizing processes. In this you will work closely with Cyber Security teams and Process Managers. Our customers are located locally in the Netherlands and are largely served from the IJsselstein office. The work is therefore performed hybrid.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Function as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish, manage and adhere to SLAs to meet agreed upon standards.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports on service performance and evaluate results to ensure continuous improvement.
- Project Management: supervising small projects in the area of scope adjustments, in this responsible for communication, planning and scope monitoring.
- Process optimization: Identify and implement service improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with both clients and internal teams in the Dutch language is a must.
- Analytical Thinking Skills: Analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Organization and Planning Skills: Plan and organize projects efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cyber security and relevant systems and applications.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a college degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Cyber Security or IT Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT or cyber security industry.
- Certification ITIL v3 or similar.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are a plus.
