Introduction
You are a real team player, innovative, pragmatic, curious and by nature an expert in security and enterprise architecture. You are able to think risk/security based and willing to work within a highly innovative, complex environment that is developing rapidly. In this environment, you will be a member of the Privileged Access Management managed Security management and solution team.

Tasks
In this role, you will be jointly responsible for the implementation of PAM security services at customer sites. You will initially be a part of the project and test team, to master a complex environment and then become a part of the PAM management team.
You are up to date with the latest developments in the form of systems, products and services.
Together with your team, you will ensure a high quality implementation of the managed security service for our customer.

Components of your daily work include o.a:
- Drafting, documenting and executing PAM related test scenarios;
- Performing PAM managed security work;
- Executing patches, updates and upgrades;
- Keeping orchestration and automation of changes up to date;
- Performing changes not limited to the above;
- Resolving incidents (Not limited to regular business hours);
- Communicating/coordinating solution-transcending issues;
- Performance and capacity management;
- Keeping operational documentation current.

Characteristics
- Strongly developed risk and security based thinking;
- Written and verbal Dutch skills are excellent;
- Independent but definitely a team player, proactive and eager to learn;
- Understands high-paced, complex and highly innovative environments and can move within them;
- Thinking beyond own services (chain thinking).

Profile
- MBO degree in IT field, MBO+ thinking and working level;
- Knowledge of IAM solutions;
- At least 5 years of managed services experience;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in security field;
- Experience with and knowledge of incident resolution (second and possibly third line);
- Experience with (automated) testing is a plus;
- Experience creating and/or maintaining installation manuals and run books is a plus;
- CyberArk product specific certifications;
- Other certifications are a plus, such as: ITIL, CEH, CISSP;
- Written and oral Dutch skills are excellent;
- Successful completion of screening related to government services type B;
- Dutch passport.
