Job Opening: Junior Observability Consultant (Detavast)
Location: Zwolle region, so that travel to the north, east, and west is an option.
Contracting: Detavast with a cost-free transition to permanent employment after 12 months.
Rate: 65–70 euros

What will you do?

As a Junior Observability & Data Consultant, you’ll ensure that complex, modern IT environments become transparent and easy to understand. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues:

  • Implement and configureyour enterprise tools (such as Dynatrace or Elastic) to align with the customer's value chains.
  • Monitor your digital chains, applications, and user behavior using APM, RUM, STM, and modern telemetry standards (such as OpenTelemetry).
  • Develop custom dashboards, alerts, reports, and integrations that transform raw IT data into actionable management information.
  • Analyze your performance dataand use scripting and automation to identify patterns and anomalies early on.
  • Translate your technical insightsinto tangible business value and guide your clients in adopting the latest observability insights.
  • You'll work closelywith mid-level and senior consultants, engineers, architects, and project managers.

 

What do you bring?

  • Education:A completed associate's or bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or data-related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar field.
  • Data & Tooling:Knowledge of Python and data analysis. Experience with dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
  • Technical Foundation:Basic knowledge of cloud and production environments and an understanding of (or familiarity with) modern monitoring concepts (APM, STM, RUM, BPM).
  • Innovation Mindset:A strong affinity for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics (AIOps).
  • Consulting Skills:Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. You have the ability to translate technical insights into tangible business value.
  • Attitude & Languages:An inquisitive, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset, with a strong command of Dutch and English. Initial experience with or an interest in load/performance testing is a plus.
