Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Windows IIS Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing the IIS-Infra requirements, implementing automatic installation and configuration of IIS Web servers and transferring them to the management organization. You will work closely with other management and development teams such as Operating Systems, Active Directory Services, Cloud Management Platform (Morpheus), ServiceNow (ITSM) and Ansible Automation Platform to ensure that the IIS Web servers are provisioned automatically, securely, reliably and with optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design IIS-Infra requirements, implement automated installation and configuration of IIS Web servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IIS Web servers.
- Collaborate other management and development teams such as OS, Active Directory Services, Cloud Management Platform (Morpheus), ServiceNow (ITSM) and Ansible Automation Platform tbv automatic provisioning
- Ensure security implementation (Techspecs/CIS/STIG implementation) and compliance with best practices for web servers.
- Document configurations (Configuration File, Management File, Security File) and procedures tbf transfer to the management organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows Server and IIS.
- Strong knowledge of web server configuration and management
- Experience with Ansible scripting (Playbooks)
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell. PowerShell).
- Experience with virtualization and orchestration (e.g. Morpheus / Nutanix)
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
