For a large-scale Agile (SAFe) program, we are looking for an experienced Quality Managerwho will be responsible for improving the quality of software development across multiple DevOps teams.
The focus is on strengthening test processes, implementing test automation, and continuously optimizing the end-to-end development process.
What will you do?
- Developing and Implementing a Quality Approach
- Improving test strategy, test coverage, and defect management
- Setting up and rolling out test automation (including CI/CD integration)
- Identifying and Implementing Process Improvements within SAFe
- Coaching teams and fostering a “quality-first” mindset
- Extensive experience with QA and testing in Agile/SAFe environments
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality management
- Stakeholder Management and Coaching Skills
- A hands-on approach combined with strategic insight
- A critical role within a complex, socially relevant program
- Significant impact on the quality, speed, and predictability of delivery
- Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders at the project level
