8 hours per week
for a period of 3 months with a 3-month extension option

What is the purpose of the position?
We are looking for a colleague to support the VIC team in performing special internal controls (VIC). During these audits, the VIC team assesses the administrative organization and internal control of business processes against the set conditions and requirements. You will work with a small, ambitious audit team on risk management, compliance, and IT audits. The aim is to increase awareness within the organization about the quality of process improvement and documentation.
What are your duties?
Your field of work consists of supporting VIC employees in checking various processes and products (such as fees, official civil affairs documents, funeral rights, waste rights, purchasing and tendering, personnel administration, real estate).
What do we ask of you?
- At least a completed MBO degree with a focus on finance and economics
- Knowledge of and experience with supporting audits and investigations
- Experience with finance and process-oriented working
- Knowledge of automated data processing and systems is an advantage.
What competencies do you have?
- You work well with others
- Sense of working in a political-administrative environment
- Results-oriented work
- Easily switches between communication styles
- Finds its way around the organization quickly
