The finance function is strengthened by:

In this position you will be part of the Finance team, which consists of 20 colleagues. The Finance team advises and supports board, management and organizational units, formulates financial policy and executes the Planning and Control cycle. In this position you will work directly with two experienced strategic financial advisors and work closely with the group controller.

We ask
Strengthening the group-wide finance function and improving the management of the integrated P&C processes.
In this position the focus is on group-wide financial issues and you will work close to politics.Furthermore, you will
- Redesign the P&C processes within the frameworks and principles established by the organization;
- Describe roles, tasks and responsibilities within P&C cycle such that the process owner can manage them;
- Understanding the qualities required by role and required individual learning trajectory of employees involved;
- Create an action plan per process to achieve a process that works in practice;
- Establish a structure for starting an improvement cycle within which the process owner can manage the results and continuous improvement of the processes.
Objective:

- Improving the (management of the) integral P&C processes;
