Experienced interim consultant, Project management measures WMO

This is what you will do:
You will give shape and content to the project management measures WMO in a decisive manner, with the emphasis on the individual customized facilities. At the start of the work, term and result agreements are established in that context.
In order to implement the project in a full-fledged way, this requires a broad role in activities and relationships in the domain of the WMO. A number of these are highlighted below. Within the work are both practical executive activities and advisory issues. You will be responsible for both.
Further:
  • You advise management and the board
  • You advise on the procurement of Wmo care, (procurement of aids including assessment and implementation)

  • You link your work to the local ambition: Strengthening social base. You also involve national, regional and local trends and developments.

This is you:
We expect result orientation, independence and initiative from you. As an independent and solution-oriented thinker, you are role-retaining, persuasive and do not let yourself get easily sidetracked. You have a proactive attitude and keep an overview. You continue to function optimally even when working on multiple dossiers simultaneously and under time pressure. You look at social issues from multiple perspectives and always make the connection with colleagues, social partners such as our social village teams and with the agreements from the council program and existing policy papers. You create support and are a connector. You are creative, politically sensitive and daring. You have:
  • At least an HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience in policy consulting in the areas mentioned above
  • Knowledge and experience of (implementing practical) work in the local social domain (including working with grants).
  • Good oral and written skills and you are flexible in tasks and working hours (for example, attending council meetings in the evening)

This is us:
Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a green forested municipality with over 50,000 inhabitants. Within the municipality are seven characteristic villages.
In the organization, the lines are short and the atmosphere is informal. Together with residents, entrepreneurs, partners and administrators, we work on current issues with vision and ambition.
You will work with a motivated and committed team working hard on social issues. You will work in a dynamic role with a lot of variety and responsibility, where you have a direct impact on the well-being of residents.
