Management around cables and pipelines is becoming increasingly complex, more regulations, more parties. The municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug is looking for an advisor and permit holder for cables and pipelines.
What will you do?As cable and piping consultant you are responsible for advising in the field of cables and piping with respect to all projects taking place on municipal territory. This includes projects initiated by the municipality itself but also projects initiated by, for example, project developers, residents or network operators.
Additionally, you will train a junior in permitting and consulting related to cables and pipelines. It is expected that you will have trained the junior within six months.
As a cable permit holder, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Training junior employee
- Directing, directing and coordinating the works involved in licensing and monitoring compliance with the agreements made in underground infrastructure
- Application Management MOOR
- Responsible for financial settlement (work is performed by another person)
- Licensing, the next review:
- Zoning
- Events
- Trees/Greenery
- Spatial Developments
- Agreements with third parties
- Route assessment (standard profile)
- Assessing directional drilling
- Assess tracts near structures
- Route complies with manual
- Traffic plans
- Work plans
- Environmental nuisance, etc.
- Preparing management reports
- Fortnightly consultation with supervisor and financial settlement
- Revocation of permit following VTA
- Review network operator's request for loss compensation
In addition, you will be a direct point of contact for the supervisor and coordinate their efforts.
