Do you have a vision of how our local economy can be stronger and do you like to think along with entrepreneurs? Then you are the Policy Advisor Economic Affairs we are looking for!

Your work will be diverse, but will at least consist of:

• Answering questions from council, college, colleagues, residents and businesses
• Advising on (spatial) initiatives
• Policy: think event policy and economic policy
• Provide advice and input on visions and on project and program teams
• Maintain contacts with our entrepreneurs
• Providing advice and input around U10/U16
• Administrative advice/coordination
• Writing college and council proposals

• At least HBO working and thinking level;
• Knowledge and experience in the role of policy officer and/or project leader specializing in EZ
• Work experience in the municipal field

• Be able to work project-based and independently;
• Planner and organizer
• Ensure quality, timeliness and completeness;
• Customer and quality-oriented work attitude;
• Good communication skills (oral and written);
• Results-oriented, proactive, analytical acumen, flexible, works and thinks integrally;
• Sense of official, political and administrative relationships;
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, guts and empathy for another person.
