As a policy advisor you will work for the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug on the housing task within the municipality

- You advise on plans and projects from living
- You are responsible for advising the intake and environment tables. Here spatial initiatives are discussed integrally
- You will work on policies on home sharing and housing splits
- You will do research and other support work for policy development
- You provide advisory input in policy development
- You are secretary of consultations with housing associations and tenant organizations
- You liaise with various organizations, internal and external, such as village teams
- You maintain a monitor in the context of housing programming
- You answer questions from citizens on housing-related topics
What can you do?
- At least relevant and completed college education;
- Relevant knowledge and experience of/with housing policy
- You have at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience within the past 5 years in the field of housing within a municipal institution;
- Knowledge and experience in the role of consultant.
