As an HR professional, your role is essential, because you advise on matching, developing, retaining and supervising employees. As one of our experienced HR consultants is taking on a new challenge, we are looking for a new experienced colleague for our HR & Communications team.

This is what you will do
You provide solicited and unsolicited advice to management and employees within your theme(s), are a sparring partner and are also involved in policy development on various HR topics. You supervise the inflow and outflow activities and advise on recruitment issues. You are also discussion partner for the organization in areas such as integrity and job evaluation and participate in various projects and working groups. You advise and support in development and change issues and ensure the correct application of laws and regulations.
 As HR Advisor you will work within the Heading theme, team HR & Communications. You are part of the HR task force. Your colleagues are easy to approach and the lines are short. Together we are the HR sparring partner for the organization. 
This is you
You are an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced HR consultant who connects easily. You proactively collect HR questions from management and know how to translate these into concrete and qualitative advice. You have a fresh view, an open attitude and like to contribute to development and innovation within the themes and of the HR services. As an all-rounder in our field, you are used to working integrally and can easily switch between different subjects. You are result- and solution-oriented, act with integrity and are self-reflective. In the dynamics of the work you can prioritize well. You have experience in implementing HR policy and naturally seek cooperation within the team and task area.
And furthermore, you have
  • A completed college/university education, related to HR;
  • Min. 3 years of work experience, preferably as an all-round HR consultant;
  • Experience and/or affinity for working in a municipal organization;
  • Knowledge and application skills of Collective Bargaining Agreement Municipalities;
  • Experience or affinity with the focus areas: job evaluation, integrity and project-based work.
