Role description and task arrangements

Junior Coordinator of Cables and Pipelines

The world around cables and pipes is becoming increasingly complex. There are more and more regulations, more parties, networks that need to be strengthened. As coordinator cables and pipes you work together with your colleagues to achieve the goals of the theme Outdoor space.

This is what you will do

You are A sparring partner for fellow managers and supervisors and the point of contact for questions about cables and pipes by users of public space. You also ensure good cooperation with network operators, ground operators and other parties involved. It is a challenging diverse position that consists of supporting in initiatives and projects, advising and granting permits.
Your main tasks are:

  • Support work VTA/VTM process;
  • Review compensation request and issue decision;
  • Advise on underground infrastructure and advise intake and environment table;
  • Updating/maintaining the AVOI, K&L Handbook and compensation arrangements;
  • Directing, directing and coordinating works for which permits have been issued and supervising compliance with agreements made in underground infrastructure;
  • Application Management MOOR;
  • Responsible for financial settlement (work is performed by another person);
  • Review permit applications including zoning, events, trees/greenery, route assessment, traffic plans, work plans;
  • Organize consultations with network managers;
  • Provide input to policies and urban developments;
  • Preparation of management reports.

    • You have HBO working and thinking level in the field of land and water management or civil engineering. Preferably you have a completed HBO education in this direction;
    • You are well versed in the laws and regulations related to underground infrastructure or willing to learn;
    • You can work well together, enjoy sharing knowledge of your field with colleagues and take initiative;
