We are looking for a junior project manager who will play a supporting role in the preparation and execution of (complex) civil engineering projects in our outdoor spaces. You will facilitate project-based collaboration within project teams and help shape the further development of work processes within the department. You are aware of your surroundings and a connector with an eye for results. You possess excellent communication skills. You know how to inspire and motivate people to work together to make a project a success.
In this role, you will work within core project teams, led by an experienced project manager, on the implementation of projects in our outdoor spaces. The core project teams consist of various subject matter experts, such as the operations manager, civil engineer, communications advisor, supervisor, and site manager.
We offer you a training program in which you can develop into an independent civil engineering project manager.
