Project Manager Flow-through Locations Status Holders
Location: Thorn Hours: 24 Duration: through 2026
Function
As Project Manager Transition Locations Status Holders you are responsible for realizing creative solutions for temporary housing locations for status holders. You do this by proactively retrieving possible locations, in order to then direct their realization.
You do this by leading the Flow-through locations project team, with which you also have the responsibility to make the project plans. Based on your knowledge of construction, you will manage each project in terms of timelines and cost control.
You will maintain contacts with all relevant parties such as, for example: province, housing corporations, Nidos, Refugee Working Group, market parties, Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations, etc.
Furthermore, you will organize the participation process for the sites, cost recovery and ensure that applications for Government schemes are made.
