Role description and task arrangements
General
The Woudenbergseweg (N226) in Maarsbergen will have two railway underpasses. One for fast traffic and one for slow traffic. This will eliminate the level crossing. The aim is to improve traffic safety, traffic flow, and quality of life in the village. The province of Utrecht, the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug, and ProRail are working together on this project.
Work
The work consists of representing the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug in the existing internal and external project organization. Internally, you will work together with a technical project manager and communications advisor and ensure that the civil service and administrative clients are informed about the progress of the project in a timely manner. You will ensure representative representation to the residents of Maarsbergen and the municipality's politicians. You will build a good working relationship with the project partners (Province of Utrecht, Prorail, Hegeman) to ensure that the project is brought to a successful conclusion for the municipality. On average, you will be available for approximately 8 hours per week. You are flexible and willing to be available for this project on all working days. You may also be required to attend information evenings or political meetings in the evening.
