Role description and task arrangements

As a Senior Associate with operational management skills, you will be the central point of contact for monitoring and managing the team's roster and operational staffing.
You ensure that work runs smoothly and that employees get the right support.

You will be the inquiry point within the team, both solicited and unsolicited, and maintain communication on developments with the team leader and senior back office.
In addition, you put out work orders and take care of exporting City Control to CJIB, and take care of all other data.

You will participate, where necessary, in internal consultations, where you will provide advice and brainstorm on process improvements.
In addition, you will work with the senior back office to monitor and improve quality and all work arrangements as needed.

Your duties and responsibilities include
  • Monitor roster and operationally manage employees
  • Functions as an enquirer within the team
  • Coordinate communication and developments within the team with team leader and senior back office
  • Plot work orders if present
  • Exporting City Control to the CJIB
  • Participate in and advise during internal consultations
  • Networking and collaborating with chain partners such as police, tax authorities, ODRU and Stedin

Who are you?
 
  • You have management and operational planning experience
  • You communicate clearly and are a true team player
  • You take initiative and are proactive in solving issues
  • You can switch well between different stakeholders and processes

Experience with relevant systems (e.g. back office systems) is a plus

Furthermore, we require
 
  • You have at least a completed mbo education level 3, preferably Handhaver Toezicht Veiligheid
  • You are in possession of valid BOA diploma
  • You have a valid VOG-P
  • You are in possession of valid driver's license B
  • You are politically sensitive
  • Ambition, you are energized by continuing to develop within specialties such as undermining, APV, environment, youth, traffic or alcohol law, among others
  • You have a first aid or traffic controller certification
  • You hold a valid certificate Alcohol Law and RTGB
