Role description and task arrangements
We are looking for a senior project leader who has extensive experience in the preparation and execution of civil projects in outdoor space. As senior project leader public space you have experience in setting up, directing, monitoring and adjusting civil projects. Project collaboration within project teams holds no secrets for you. You shape the work processes, make adjustments where necessary and never lose sight of the project objectives. Inherent in these projects is arriving at a supported plan based on an integral approach. A well-considered consideration of interests is made, involving various stakeholders.
In addition to achieving project goals, it is important in this position that you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and pass it on to the new generation of project leaders. You make your knowledge available and coach and encourage the junior and medior project leaders to develop further. Projects are taken up and supervised jointly. In this position you work independently on your assigned (coaching) projects. You are a team player with an eye for results and know how to enthuse and motivate people to develop further. The goal is to make a project a success together.

- You have at least a completed college degree in civil engineering.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have experience in leading civil engineering projects.
- You are able to shift gears at the managerial and political levels.
- You keep an overview, work in a planned and structured way, are tenacious and think in solutions.
- You can transfer and share knowledge well.
- You know how to enthuse and motivate people to develop further.
