Role description and task arrangements
We are looking for a senior project leader who has extensive experience in the preparation and execution of complex civil engineering projects in our outdoor space. As senior project leader public space, you are responsible for setting up, directing, monitoring and adjusting these projects. You facilitate project-based collaboration within project teams. You will shape the work processes, make adjustments where necessary and never lose sight of the project goals. Inherent in these projects is arriving at a supported plan based on an integral approach. A well-considered balance of interests is made, involving various stakeholders.
In this position you will put together your core project team, consisting of various substantive experts such as the management director, civil engineer, communications consultant, supervisor and superintendent. In this position, you work independently on your assigned projects.
You are environmentally aware and a connector with an eye for results. You have excellent communication skills. You know how to enthuse and motivate people to make a project a success.

- You have at least a completed college degree in civil engineering.
- You have at least 10 years of verifiable work experience as a civil engineering project manager.
- You have at least 8 years of verifiable work experience as a civil engineering project manager at a municipality.
- You are able to shift gears at the managerial and political levels.
- You keep an overview, work in a planned and structured way, are tenacious and think in solutions.
- Realization in accordance with project requirements, monitoring the scope and managing project risks is right up your alley.
- You have experience with and can advise on the various contract forms and construction organization forms.
- You have proven practical experience in managing, monitoring and adjusting contracts.
- You have proven experience working with UAV 2012, SSK estimates, and the RAW methodology.
