Role description and task arrangements

As UPLG coordinator You are the first point of contact when it comes to the Utrecht Rural Area Program (UPLG). You ensure that there is a good connection to UPLG projects within the territory of our municipality and that the municipal interests within those projects are in focus. You explore opportunities within the UPLG to connect our municipal ambitions.

What do we expect from you?

Concrete task areas for which you will be responsible include:
  • Coordinator of official participation from the Utrechtse Heuvelrug municipality in existing and new UPLG projects and UPLG consultations;
  • Advisor UPLG, participate in UPLG meetings, prepare administrative meetings, ensure integral coordination between advisors, advise aldermen and college;
  • Prepare and participant area processes and other projects that are part of or touch the UPLG;
  • Advisor other regional consultations that touch on UPLG topics, such as U10-IRP.

What can you do?
  • You have at least a completed college education;
  • You have at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the field of the Utrecht Rural Area Programme (UPLG) Within a municipal institution;
  • You have knowledge and experience in the role of consultant.
