Role description and task arrangements

OpenWave Administrator (16-24 hours)
OpenWave is one of the best developed VTH task systems on the market. With the advent of the new environmental law, new requirements and functionalities are not only just around the corner, but we within ODH are constantly working on improvements and requests from our business.

We are looking for a junior OpenWave administrator to take on day-to-day administration in our case system. As a junior administrator, you will work together as part of a small team of developers, providing support for daily operations.

You know what SQL is, but you want to learn and know more. You have the passion to program complex select statements in time, but also how to get it done in the best and most efficient way.

Along with the other administrators, you will keep track of incoming tickets and help resolve user questions on a daily basis.
 
Knowledge and Experience
  • You have experience as a Functional Administrator of OpenWave in an Environmental Department.
  • You can translate user requirements into reports .
  • You don't turn your hand to setting up templates, or modifying process design.
  • You have experience communicating with key-users and super-users.
What do you bring?
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience with OpenWave and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge and experience of Test Driven Development
  • Experience with Git / Source Control solutions
  • Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.

Soft Skills:
  • Analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
  • Ambitious to achieve goals. Able to work on projects quickly and independently, as part of a larger team.
  • Creative, innovative and helpful spirit
  • Critical of your own work and solutions to be devised
  • Be able to achieve quality results under work pressure
  • Communicate with understanding of customer and user desire
