Role description and task arrangements
Medior/Senior Tester and Permit Officer Environmental Law Flora and Fauna (formerly Wnb)
24 to 36 hours per week - working on-site is not required - candidates from all over the Netherlands are invited to apply.
The Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden carries out the permit granting for the Omgevingswet Flora en Fauna (formerly exemption granting under the Wnb) on behalf of the province of South Holland. For the coming period, the Green team of the department of Assessment and Permitting needs to hire external manpower to process these applications for species protection permits. The hiring will preferably be used for permits for Species Management Plans and files of Dunea (the dune water company that operates in the N2000 area between The Hague and Katwijk). Experience with similar companies is of course welcome.
For the execution of the assignment we are looking for an employee with relevant work experience (Environmental Law Flora and Fauna ).

It is not necessary to live in the vicinity of Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden. This position is good hybrid feasible.

- Expertise in bird species/protection
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience at a consultancy firm or government organization.
- Experience in similar position within an environmental department/or province
