The AssignmentFor a temporary period we are looking for an independent and experienced professional to act as Department Head of Expertise. The client is in a phase of organizational development and implementation of a new top structure. The interim Department Head will be responsible for managing and supervising the Expertise team during this transition period.
The assignment is emphatically temporary and results-oriented, with the contractor's commitment focused on making a concrete contribution to the implementation of the new organizational set-up.

pdracht Description / Work.The independent contractor:
- Functions as a point of contact and supervisor for the Expertise team;
- Provides coaching and support to team members during transition;
- Actively contributes to the facilitation and implementation of the new summit structure;
- Advises management on substantive and process aspects of organizational development;
- Ensures clear communication to stakeholders and secures continuity;
- Delivers a handover document upon completion of assignment.
Required Expertise / Competencies.
- WO working and thinking level;
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a public organization, preferably an Environmental Department;
- Knowledge of organizational development and change processes;
- Strong in connecting, coaching and facilitating;
- Independent, results-oriented and communication skills;
- Able to perform work on a contract basis (not salaried).
