Location: Gouda
Hours: 32-36 hours per week
Start date: asap
Contract type: Hire (for a period of 6 months, with 2 x option extension 3 months)


Are you an experienced HR professional with leadership qualities? In addition, do you have a passion for organizational development and want to make an impact within our organization? Do you have the skills to act as a sparring partner for the Director and Department Head of Operations? Then we are looking for you!

Your role: As interim Coordinator HR/Organizational Advisor, you are the driving force behind our HR team and are responsible for further professionalizing the HR processes within the organization. You act as an advisor and confidant to management (MT), participate in weekly MT meetings and work closely with the Director and the Department Head of Operations. With your extensive experience in the field of organizational advice, you will contribute to strategic decisions and help to further develop our organization.

Your responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the HR team (total of 6 employees);
  • Sparring with the Director and Department Head of Operations on strategic HR and Organizational issues;
  • Advising on organizational development and change processes at the strategic level;
  • Responsible for shaping and implementing HR policies and HR tools;
  • Involved substantively in 1 or more procurement/procurement procedures in the HR area (including the procurement of a new payroll processor);
  • Optimize HR processes and ensure quality;
  • Identify trends and developments within the HR field and translate them to the organization;
  • Function as a point of contact and coach for employees within the team

What do you bring?
  • A relevant college or university degree in, for example, HRM, Business Administration or Organizational Psychology.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an organizational consultant, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Experience as a sparring partner at the executive level;
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills;
  • A proactive, critical and results-oriented attitude;
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team;
  • Strategic insight and experience implementing HR policies;
  • As a connector, you move between different roles as a coordinator and consultant.
  • Experience with procurement procedures is a plus, as is knowledge of current HR trends.
