Role description and task arrangements

What will you do?

As a Supporter of our Swimming Water Supervisors you will work for the ODMH (Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland) in the province of South Holland. You will work independently and visit official swimming locations during the swimming season to institute measures.

- The swimming season for official natural water swimming locations is from May 1 to October 1.

- You are in close contact with our inspectors and the back office, they provide the information after which you then go out on your own.

· The ODMH checks these swimming water locations for safety, hygiene and swimming water quality. If the quality of the swimming water does not meet the requirements, we will take action.

- The blue information boards are located at official swimming water locations and all beach entrances in South Holland, on which you enter the required measure.

- If you find other unsafe situations with respect to the bathing water take action to have it resolved.

Your role with us

As a Support Supervisor, you are the backbone of the existing team. During the busy swimming season, you help out where you can. You are confident, have a pragmatic attitude, work accurately, and do not mind working independently throughout the province of South Holland.

Who are you?

- You have at least a completed MBO education. Related work experience in a supervisory position is a plus;

- You communicate effectively with all stakeholders, such as site managers and collaboration partners;

- You do not shy away from physical exertion in the outdoors;

- You possess driving license B.
